StableWyze End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License
StableWyze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the StableWyze application ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software
- Transfer the Software to another person
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose outside the scope authorized by this EULA
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. StableWyze retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from StableWyze if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.
5. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
6. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and StableWyze regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
StableWyze is operated by Nicole Zaia, doing business as StableWyze.
